Other than that, there are no exceptions to our standard service hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.

Important deadlines for new business
To help you settle your pending insurance business before year end, please note the following key dates and guidelines.

|All new business applications, including eApplications, conversions and replacements, received in good order by 12:00 p.m. ET on December 30 will be processed and considered as written business in 2022.|
|If all delivery requirements are received in good order by 5:00p.m. ET on January 3 2023, we guarantee the case will be settled in 2022.
Please note: Subsequent to the above, settlement cutoff on Friday, December 30 will be at 3:00 p.m. ET.

Please contact your Sales Director to see if you qualify for promotion run support.
- Special cases
Rush cases that require immediate attention to expedite them through the process.
- Speedy settlement
If the Underwriter approves a policy for issue and the only outstanding requirement is the initial premium, you can accelerate the settlement of the policy by obtaining a written request from your client to withdraw the initial premium from their bank account.
- Grouped files
Request for grouped files to be issued separately.

Note: You can securely submit in force Life and Investment Product transactions online by using our Send Documents tool.

If trades are received in good order after this cut-off time, the transaction will receive the trade date of the next business day, December 28.
|December 30||To ensure that transactions receive the trade date of December 30:
If trades are received in good order after these cut-off times, the transaction will receive the trade date of the next business day, January 3.
