In 2020, we announced that ivari had entered into a long-term agreement with DXC Insurance Services Canada to manage our back-office operations and systems and customer service support.
We are continuing to build upon our relationship and endeavour to strengthen our offerings and deliver on our commitment to provide valuable insurance solutions to middle market Canadians.
As a result of our new relationship with DXC, some ivari employees from New Business, Client Services and Operations teams have transitioned their employment to DXC. While this transition hasn’t impacted our advisors so far, as of December 2022, these employees have begun to use a DXC email address, rather than an ivari one. The plan is to complete this email switch by April 3, 2023.
We will not be changing most of the email addresses agents or policyholders use to contact us, including [email protected] (your dedicated agent-facing support email address) and [email protected] (your client-facing support email address) so there is no change when contacting our customer support team.
However, you may notice that when you receive a response to your question, the case coordinators and call centre staff will be using a DXC email address. You will also see the tagline “Back office on behalf of ivari” in their email signature.
