In our ivari info communications dated November 24, 2025 and February 9, 2026, we advised of the upcoming changes of two funds effective March 6, 2026, namely the (1) imaxx Canadian Fixed Pay Fund and (2) the Fiera SFI – Canadian Universe Bond Fund.
UPDATE: Effective March 6, 2026, only one fund will be terminated namely: the Fiera SFI-Canadian Universe Bond Fund. There will be no changes to the imaxx Canadian Fixed Pay Index Interest Option and imaxx Canadian Fixed Pay GIO, which will continue as offered.
This change affects one Managed Index Interest Option and the ivari Asset Allocation Portfolio Index Interest Option within our universal life contracts. The Designated Index for this option will transition to the fund outlined below. The change is expected to have minimal impact, as both the former and new Designated Index share the same investment objective.

How will your clients be informed?
- Staring on March 6, 2026, a notice about the fund change will be included in the policyholder’s statement under the ‘Keeping You Informed’ section.
- The Fund code charts (WFG-LP1779) and (LP946) will be updated on March 6, 2026 and will be available on ivari.ca.
- For ivari Universal Life policies that will be issued starting on March 6, 2026, the new fund name will be reflected.
- For applications submitted prior to March 6, 2026, please inform your clients of the fund change.
- For an illustration submitted prior to March 6, 2026, where the policy is still pending on March 6, 2026, please inform your clients of the fund change. ivari 360 has been updated to reflect these changes.
