eDelivery access granted
Are you an unpaid solicitor contracted with ivari? Great news! Advisors contracted as unpaid solicitors are now able to access and deliver policy contracts electronically through webcappow. This improvement not only provides full access to the eDelivery process, but also offers you a smoother, more seamless experience when doing business with ivari.

Do more for your clients with webcappow
To further improve your experience with your clients, you can now view policyholder statements online in webcappow. To facilitate this improvement, as well as your new access to eDelivery, we’ve made the following changes in webcappow:
- The contract type on the Advisor information screen will change from “UNPAID SOLICITOR” to “SOLICITOR”. That means all solicitors will now be displayed the same way in webcappow.
(Note for managing brokers: For a comprehensive listing of all your solicitor business, simply go to the advisor search screen and search the solicitor code for details.)

- On the Policy information screen, the “Advisor code” previously reflected the managing broker code, and the solicitor code was shown separately below it. Now, the “Advisor code” will reflect the solicitor code, and the managing broker code will no longer be displayed.
