FAQ – My Live Sales Training History on ivari.ca

What is “My Live Sales Training History”?

My Live Sales Training History is ivari’s CE self-serve tool. You can view and download your CE certificates here for any live sales training or presentations you’ve taken. You can also view any non-accredited training or presentation you’ve taken.

Where can I find the My Live Sales Training History tool to access my CE certificates?

Once you sign into ivari.ca, go to For My Business, then Continuing Education, and click on the My Live Sales Training History link.

ivari no longer emails CE credits to advisors for any presentations or training sessions attended on or after May 21, 2021. As an advisor, it is your responsibility to download and save your CE credit certificates for your records and for maintaining your license.

I am a Quebec-registered advisor. I can’t find my CE credits on the My Live Sales Training History tool. How do I collect them?

If you are a Quebec-licensed advisor and want to download your Quebec CE credits, you will be temporarily unable to do so using the My Live Sales Training History tool. Instead, ivari will email your Quebec CE certificates to you directly. This temporary change is necessary while we update our system to account for new regulations from the Chambre de la sécurité financière (CSF). Any CE credits issued before April 23, 2022, are still accessible for download on the self-serve tool.

How long will my CE certificates be available in the My Live Sales Training History tool?

Your certificates can be downloaded and stored for the maintenance of your license and will remain accessible online for 3 years.

How soon after attending a session can I access my CE certificate?

Your CE certificate will be available for you to download within two weeks of attending a live sales training session or presentation.

I took a live sales training session or presentation, but I didn’t receive my CE credits. Where can I find them?

Q: Did you register using your correct SA code (as contracted with ivari)?
Q: Did you register using the email address you use to login to the secure ivari.ca site?
Q: Did you attend the full duration of the course?

If the answer is “No” to any of these questions, then you are not eligible to receive CE credits for that session or course. To be eligible for CE credits you must have:

  • registered for the session with the correct SA code (as contracted with ivari),
  • registered with the email address (as used to login to secure ca), and
  • attended the full session.

I can’t find my CE certificates through My Live Sales Training History. Who can I contact?

You can review the Job Aid posted on ivari.ca. If you are a Quebec-registered advisor, your Quebec CE credits will be emailed to you while we update our systems. Email us at education@ivari.ca for assistance.

When I go to the My Live Sales Training History link, I get a message saying, “There are no records found.” What does this mean?

If you visit the My Live Sales Training History link and see this message, it could be due to one of these reasons:

  1. The training session you attended hasn’t been processed yet.
  2. You are a Quebec-registered advisor looking for Quebec CE credits. In this case, ivari will email your CE credits to you directly while we update our systems.
  3. The email or SA code you used to register is different from the one you use on the secure site login.
  4. You recently changed your SA code or contract with ivari but didn’t update your secure site login.
  5. You have not taken any live sales training or presentations since May 15, 2022.
  6. You took an online course and need to visit the Learning centre to obtain your certificate.
  7. It has been longer than 3 years since you took the training.

What if I took the course online? How do I get CE credits?

Login to ivari.ca, go to For My Business > Continuing Education > Learning centre. You will find your CE certificate(s) for eligible courses (course completed and quiz passed) on the Learning centre.

I am currently not a contracted advisor with ivari.

Once you do become contracted with ivari and have a secure login for the Advisor ivari.ca site, you will be able to collect your CE credits. Be sure to use your work email when registering for a session as well as for your ivari.ca login.

I don't have an ivari.ca secure login. How do I get one?

I misplaced my CE certificate. How do I get a new one?

My Live Sales Training History link under For My Business > Continuing Education.

I am a Distributor/MGA contact. Can I collect CE credits?

Yes, if you registered for the session with the same email address as your login for the secure ivari.ca site, then you will be able to access your CE credits on the My Live Sales Training History link.

I recently changed my SA code or contract with ivari and cannot find my CE certificates. What should I do?
