We will be closed on December 26 and 27, as well as January 2. On December 23 and December 30, we will be open until 4:00 p.m.
Other than that, there are no exceptions to our standard service hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.

To help you settle your pending insurance business before year end, please note the following key dates and guidelines.

If the Underwriter approves a policy for issue and the only outstanding requirement is the initial premium, you can accelerate the settlement of the policy by obtaining a written request from your client to withdraw the initial premium from their bank account. - Grouped files
Request for grouped files to be issued separately.

Transaction processing deadlines for Inforce Life and Investment Products
Note: You can securely submit in force Life and Investment Product transactions online by using our Send Documents tool.

Access to webcappow and webCMS will be subject to system availability and may be impacted by year-end processing.
The exceptions to our standard service hours are:
webCMS unavailable from December 31, 8:00 p.m. to January 2, 8:00 a.m. ET.
Compensation payment schedule
Please note our special pay period is November 27 to December 3 to generate electronic fund transfers (EFTs) with no minimum payment threshold amount. The cheque payment threshold will remain unchanged at $750, so we encourage you to submit EFT information for your advisors to Distribution Compensation & Contracting as soon as possible.

S file for quarter ending December 31 will be picked up by FundSERV on January 5.
