For many years, ivari has partnered with Everest Funeral Concierge Services to help support clients and their families. As we continue to evolve our product portfolio to enhance customer value, please take note of an upcoming change to the availability of Everest services on select ivari products, along with important transition dates.
Effective Monday, June 1, 2026, Everest Funeral Concierge Services will no longer be offered on the following products (including requests for a conversion and/or replacement):
- prosperity Universal Life
- prosperity Guaranteed Life
- prosperity Deferred Life
In‑force policyholders with prosperity Universal Life, prosperity Guaranteed Life, and prosperity Deferred Life will continue to have access to Everest services.
If a policy with Everest lapses after June 1, 2026, it may be reinstated in accordance with our reinstatement rules; however, Everest will not be reinstated, as it is a non-contractual benefit.
Transition rules by product
prosperity Universal Life applications with Everest (Face amounts of $100,000 and above)
ivari 360 applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, May 31, 2026
- Applications that are in “Partial signature,” “Awaiting signature,” or “Ready to submit” status before this deadline will be eligible for Everest if they are submitted
by 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday June 7, 2026. After June 7, 2026, attempts to submit these applications will only allow them to revert to the “In progress” status without Everest Funeral Concierge Services, which means the signature process must be restarted.
Fillable PDF applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 29, 2026
- Any PDF application after this deadline will not be eligible for Everest Funeral Concierge Services.
There are no other changes to existing prosperity Universal Life product.
Discontinuance of prosperity Guaranteed Life and prosperity Simplified Life suite of products
Effective Monday, June 1, 2026, prosperity Guaranteed Life and prosperity Simplified Life will no longer be offered:
- ivari 360 applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, May 31, 2026, to remain eligible for Everest Funeral Concierge Services.
- ivari 360 applications will not be accepted on or after Monday, June 1, 2026, as these products will no longer be available and will be replaced with Simply Guaranteed Life and Simply Simplified Life.
- You can submit New Business for our Simply Guaranteed Life and Simply Simplified Life suite of products which provide the same coverage – permanent life insurance coverage options without having to undergo a medical exam. For clients who want fast and straightforward access to coverage, introduce them to Simply – a modern, easy-to-sell suite designed to keep the same strong client value and application experience.
