We will be closed on December 25 and 26, as well as January 1. On December 24, we will be open until 1:00 p.m. and December 31, we will be open until 4:00 p.m.
Other than that, there are no exceptions to our standard service hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.

To help you settle your pending insurance business before year end, please note the following key dates and guidelines.

If the Underwriter approves a policy for issue and the only outstanding requirement is the initial premium, you can accelerate the settlement of the policy by obtaining a written request from your client to withdraw the initial premium from their bank account.

Compensation payment schedule
Please note our special pay period is November 29 to December 5 to generate electronic fund transfers (EFTs) with no minimum payment threshold amount. The cheque payment threshold will remain unchanged at $750, so we encourage you to submit EFT information for your advisors to Distribution Compensation & Contracting as soon as possible.
