*Residency Status for Policyowners: (1) must have lived in Canada for a minimum of 6 months, and (2) be a Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant or Permanent Resident, or have a Post Graduate Work Permit, Student Permit or Work Permit (other than Seasonal Worker).
**The maximum amount of life insurance coverage allowed on an Insured including existing guaranteed and/or simplified products issued by ivari, is the lesser of $500,000 and the plan maximum amount.

Eligible policyholders have access to Maple—a fully integrated care program that supports their health from every angle. Maple can connect policyholders with Canadian-licensed doctors and nurse practitioners on demand, 24/7/365, and provide access to confidential counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and wellness coaching through Maple’s Member Assistance Program.

1Starting June 1, 2026, Maple Virtual Services will be included with all new policies for primary insureds aged 18 plus, with one access per policyholder. Existing policies with Maple will automatically transition to the new Maple offering.
