We also partner with the United Way Centraide Canada to give back to organizations working to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Employees are encouraged to get involved with onsite fundraising events that happen year round.

We are proud to partner with Skills for Change (SFC) as part of our commitment to a vibrant and inclusive organization.
For almost 10 years we have matched qualified newcomers with a meaningful role in our organization. Since 2012, through the Employment Ontario program funded by the provincial government, SFC and ivari have assisted over 50 newcomers by providing hands-on work experience in various departments of ivari. In fact, since 2012, 85% of SFC newcomers were offered a fulltime permanent or contract role within the organization. Through our collaboration with SFC we’re investing in the future of our company and our community.
