Accessible Customer Service eLearning module refresh

Providing accessible customer service to your clients makes good business sense and is a requirement in the province of Ontario. To ensure that we stay current with this requirement, we are relaunching our Accessible Customer Service eLearning module on August 21, 2021. This relaunched version will include updated statistics and new final quiz questions. Along with this refresh comes a new CE code in the province of Quebec.

What do you need to do?

If you have previously completed this course, log in to ivari.ca and print your CE certificate for your records before August 21, 2021.

Additionally, if you have completed this course in the past, you may be able to take it again for CE credit. Whether or not you can re-submit it to your governing body depends on your provincial continuing education requirements. For more information, visit your provincial governing body’s website.
