Celles-ci consistent en des exercices b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le cerveau et l\u2019esprit, o\u00f9 que vous soyez, quoi que vous fassiez. Vous y parviendrez avec \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de pratique. L\u2019objectif est de vous servir de la respiration pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de pleine conscience.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si des exercices de pleine conscience ne semblent pas vous int\u00e9resser, sachez qu\u2019ils peuvent \u00eatre une source d\u2019\u00e9vasion de la vie tr\u00e9pidante de tous les jours. Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 vous ancrer dans le moment pr\u00e9sent ou \u00e0 vous concentrer sur les t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir, cette habitude de l\u2019esprit \u00e0 fuir l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent est normale. Si vous constatez que votre esprit vagabonde, concentrez-vous enti\u00e8rement sur votre respiration. Si vous \u00eates dans une r\u00e9union et que des pens\u00e9es sur la planification de vos vacances surgissent dans votre esprit, laissez-les filer et revenez \u00e0 votre respiration. L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de vider votre esprit de toute pens\u00e9e, mais plut\u00f4t des pens\u00e9es qui surgissent et disparaissent, et de le ramener vers le moment pr\u00e9sent d\u00e8s qu\u2019il s\u2019\u00e9vade. Et lorsque ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit (et se r\u00e9p\u00e9tera in\u00e9vitablement), ce n\u2019est pas grave. Faites quelques respirations en pleine conscience, en ramenant vos pens\u00e9es vers le moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>Rappelez-vous que la pleine conscience n\u2019est pas quelque chose que vous ma\u00eetrisez.
