Vous pouvez facilement opter pour des aliments sains et app\u00e9tissants, sans vous ruiner. Voyons maintenant ce qu\u2019il en est de ces mythes courants.<\/p>\n<h2>II en co\u00fbte trop cher pour manger sain!<\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est sans doute le plus grand mythe de tous! Il n\u2019est cependant pas difficile de passer \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime alimentaire plus sain. Au lieu de concocter des plats \u00e0 base de viande (un aliment susceptible de gonfler votre budget d\u2019\u00e9picerie), il suffit de privil\u00e9gier des substituts tels que les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers, les l\u00e9gumineuses et les fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Pensez aux plats de p\u00e2tes, aux chilis et aux recettes de cari et de riz. Il existe aussi d\u2019autres grains c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers comme l\u2019orge, le quinoa et le farro. Abordables, ils sont riches en prot\u00e9ines, fibres, vitamines et min\u00e9raux et se conservent longtemps. Essayez des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 base de riz, d\u2019\u00e9peautre ou de bl\u00e9 entier. Vous faites des choix plus sains et \u00e9conomisez de l\u2019argent si vous remplacez les aliments d\u2019origine animale (comme les viandes, volailles et poissons) par des substituts ou les \u00e9liminez de votre alimentation.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9parer des repas sant\u00e9 prend trop de temps!<\/h2>\n<p>On confond souvent les repas \u00ab sant\u00e9 \u00bb avec les repas tr\u00e8s \u00e9labor\u00e9s ou gastronomiques. Un repas \u00ab sant\u00e9 \u00bb peut prendre seulement dix minutes \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Pendant que les p\u00e2tes sont en train de cuire, vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer une sauce rapide en y ajoutant des l\u00e9gumes frais, surgel\u00e9s ou en conserve, des haricots, du thon ou du saumon en conserve. Cuisiner en grandes proportions ne demande pas beaucoup d\u2019effort ou de temps \u2012 autrement dit, vous avez des repas nutritifs lorsque le temps presse. Doublez, triplez ou m\u00eame quadruplez une recette, puis congelez les restes en portions de la taille d\u2019un repas.<\/p>\n<h2>Les repas sant\u00e9 ne plaisent pas aux enfants!<\/h2>\n<p>Quoique les aliments pr\u00eats-\u00e0-manger soient riches en mati\u00e8res grasses, en sucre et en sel, de nombreux jeunes en raffolent. Apprenez aux enfants \u00e0 manger sainement en pr\u00e9parant leurs nourritures pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es diff\u00e9remment. Par exemple, s\u2019ils adorent la bouffe rapide ou les p\u00e9pites de poulet surgel\u00e9es, essayez de les pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame en utilisant du poulet frais. Pour rendre le dessus croustillant, roulez les p\u00e9pites de poulet dans une chapelure aux amandes moulues. Utilisez, \u00e0 la place des frites de la restauration rapide ou des frites surgel\u00e9es, des pommes de terre fra\u00eeches. Arrosez les pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en morceaux d\u2019un peu d\u2019huile avant de les mettre au four. Voici une solution moins co\u00fbteuse et un choix plus nutritif! Tirez le maximum du budget que vous d\u00e9pensez sur la viande en augmentant les apports en nutriments et en fibres comme, par exemple, l\u2019ajout des f\u00e8ves en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 votre m\u00e9lange de b\u0153uf pour les burgers favoris de vos enfants.
