Nous avons aussi abord\u00e9 le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9tournement \u00e9motionnel\u00a0\u00bb, en vous offrant des conseils pour mieux le g\u00e9rer. Si vous ne l\u2019avez pas encore lu, nous vous recommandons de commencer par le premier article afin de bien comprendre les fondements du quotient \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n<h2>Le quotient \u00e9motionnel\u00a0: un atout cl\u00e9 en milieu professionnel<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que la plupart des gens consid\u00e8rent le quotient intellectuel comme \u00e9troitement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite professionnelle, des \u00e9tudes montrent qu\u2019il ne repr\u00e9sente qu\u2019une fraction des facteurs de r\u00e9ussite, environ 20 %, alors que le quotient \u00e9motionnel contribuerait pour pr\u00e8s de 80 %.
